Senior Product Owner (m/f/d)

Aufgaben:
- Global Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between global business units and the development team. Gather and prioritize requirements from various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Product Development: Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team. Oversee the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with global business units to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Conduct regular meetings and updates with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and gather feedback.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the business unit teams to ensure all features meet the required standards and specifications. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifikationen:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a global setup. Familiarity with configurator tools, preferably Logik.io or Oracle Configurator is a plus.
- Skills: User experience . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Japanese language is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly ramp up and understand new technologies and business processes. Flexibility to work across different time zones and manage multiple priorities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSPO) is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
